Are you a skilled UiPath professional passionate about designing scalable, high-quality automation architectures? We at Sigma Software are looking for a UiPath Architect to join our growing Intelligent Automation team and help deliver enterprise-grade RPA and agentic AI solutions.

As our automation initiatives continue to expand, we seek professionals with strong analytical thinking, deep technical expertise, and a passion for building secure, maintainable, and high-performing automation frameworks. In this role, you will work closely with experienced RPA developers, business analysts, and key stakeholders to design, build, and optimize UiPath-based automation solutions that address real business challenges.

• Lead the design and architecture of UiPath-based agentic AI and RPA solutions
• Define automation standards, frameworks, and best practices
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate process requirements into technical solutions
• Oversee development, testing, and deployment of automation workflows
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with organizational policies
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to RPA developers
• Integrate UiPath solutions with other enterprise systems and applications
• Maintain documentation for architecture, processes, and configurations
• Evaluate new UiPath features and tools to enhance automation capabilities
• Provide training and mentorship to RPA team members

• Proven experience in UiPath development and architecture
• Strong understanding of agentic AI and RPA concepts, design patterns, and best practices
• Experience with UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, and related components
• Knowledge of integration methods (APIs, web services, databases)
• Familiarity with security and compliance requirements in automation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Upper-Intermediate English level

WILL BE A PLUS:

• UiPath Advanced Developer or Architect certification
• Experience with other RPA tools and agentic AI automation technologies
• Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment strategies
