Purpose of Role/Summary:
The UI/UX Team Lead is responsible for leading and mentoring the design team in creating, enhancing, and optimizing user interfaces and experiences for digital products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Define and drive design strategy for all digital products
Lead and mentor UI/UX designers
Oversee user research and usability testing
Maintain design systems for consistency
Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams
Ensure quality assurance in design implementation
Any other duties relevant to the role
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field
5+ years’ experience in UI/UX design (preferably in trading industry)
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
Fluent in English and Arabic
Further Info:
Working hours are 08:30 – 17:00 Sunday to Thursday
The role is in Jordan
