UI/UX Research Intern

What You’ll Do

• Support the design and product teams in planning and executing user research initiatives

• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions

• Assist in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research findings

• Create research reports, journey maps, personas, and user insights documentation

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams

• Help translate research insights into actionable recommendations

• Participate in design critiques and product discussions

• Contribute to improving research processes, documentation, and best practices

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Cognitive Science, UX Design, Information Science, or related field

• Strong interest in user research, usability, and user center design

• Familiarity with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods

• Experience with tools such as Figma, Miro, Notion, Google Forms, or similar

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to synthesize insights and present findings clearly

• Portfolio or examples of research projects (academic or professional) preferred
