UI/UX Product Designer SaaS

At Finsolutia, we are growing our SaaS platform for mortgage brokers and credit intermediaries, and we are looking for a Product Designer with 2+ years of experience to support the evolution of intuitive and scalable user experiences.

This role is ideal for a designer who is eager to grow in a product-led environment, works well with guidance and collaboration, and is motivated to learn how to design complex workflows within a regulated industry.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to contribute to the design of user-centric solutions across the platform.

✨ What’s Your Role in This Journey✨

UX & UI Design: Contribute to the design of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI components for a SaaS platform, supporting end-to-end design activities.

Collaboration with Product & Engineering: Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and translate them into clear, usable design solutions.

Prototyping & Design Tools: Create and iterate designs using Figma or similar tools, ensuring consistency and usability across the product.

Design Systems & Consistency: Use and contribute to the existing design system to maintain visual and interaction consistency across the platform.

User Feedback & Iteration: Support usability testing, collect feedback, and iterate on designs based on user and stakeholder input.

💯 What do We Expect from You? 💯

2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role, preferably within a SaaS environment

Hands-on experience with Figma or equivalent design tools.

Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and basic usability best practices.

Ability to translate product requirements into intuitive design solutions.

Comfort working in cross-functional teams with product and engineering.

Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.

Attention to detail and a user-focused mindset.

Bonus Points

Fluency in Spanish and/or English

Experience in mortgage, insurance, fintech, proptech or other regulated industries is a strong plus.

Familiarity with design systems.

Exposure to B2B products or complex workflows.
