Who we’re looking for:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Midweight UI / UX Motion Designer to join our dynamic CX team, supporting bold and transformative digital initiatives. This crucial hybrid role will be instrumental in defining the user interface design and interactive personality of cutting-edge digital products. You will bridge static design with purposeful motion, translating complex functionalities into clear, engaging, and memorable interactions. The ideal candidate will blend strong visual design skills with the ability to articulate motion's impact on usability, contributing to impactful projects that reflect our commitment to excellence and innovation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Define user interface design and the interactive personality for a range of cutting-edge digital products.

• Translate complex functionalities into clear, engaging, and memorable user interactions through both static UI and purposeful motion design.

• Contribute to impactful projects that reflect our commitment to design excellence and innovation.

• Collaborate closely with an enhanced CX team that spans strategy, research, and design expertise across multiple locations.

• Tackle diverse challenges across key pillars of Customer Experience: Audience Understanding & Insights, CX Strategy, Experience Design, and CX Measurement.

• Effectively communicate and articulate your design ideas and rationale to clients and colleagues alike.

• Work collaboratively with developers and other talented professionals throughout the agency and wider network.

• Present and defend designs persuasively to peers and executive-level stakeholders.

• Maintain a strong focus on fine detail while consistently considering the wider strategic context of projects.

What you’ll need:

• 3-5+ years of professional experience as a UI Designer, Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on both visual UI design and UI motion design.

• Agency experience with a proven track record on large-scale projects is highly valued.

• A compelling portfolio showcasing:

• Strong UI Design skills: Examples of well-structured interfaces, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and a deep understanding of usability principles.

• Strong UI Motion Design skills: Demos, videos, or interactive prototypes clearly illustrating thoughtful transitions, micro-interactions, and animations that solve problems and enhance user experience.

• Proficiency in industry-standard UI Design tools, including Figma (preferred), Sketch, and Adobe XD.

• Proficiency in Motion Design tools such as Adobe After Effects, Principle, ProtoPie, Lottie, or similar advanced motion prototyping tools.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design patterns, usability, and accessibility standards.

• Experience using comprehensive, documented design systems, reusable component libraries, and implementing nested component architectures.

• Experience designing multi-channel digital experiences, particularly for Arabic audiences, is a strong plus.
