Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to support the continuous development and optimization of our digital platforms, including flagship event and media websites.

This role requires a strong understanding of user experience principles, visual consistency, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Proximity to management and key stakeholders is important to ensure alignment, efficiency, and fast implementation of updates across multiple digital assets.

You will work in a dynamic environment where websites require frequent enhancements, campaign updates, and performance improvements.

Responsibilities:

Design and optimize user interfaces and user journeys across multiple websites (including AIBC, AGS, and related platforms).

Collaborate closely with the Graphic Design team to ensure visual consistency and timely implementation of website updates.

Translate business and marketing requirements into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows for new features and improvements.

Ensure responsive design and seamless UX across desktop and mobile platforms.

Work closely with management and stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverables.

Support continuous website improvements, campaign launches, and landing page updates.

Contribute to maintaining and evolving design systems and UI standards.

Collaborate with distributed UX team members across different offices to ensure operational continuity and coverage.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced digital environment.

Strong portfolio demonstrating website design and user journey optimization.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.

Ability to work closely with graphic designers, developers, and marketing teams.

Strong communication skills and ability to manage feedback from multiple stakeholders.

Experience working on content-driven or event-based websites is an advantage.

Fluent in English.
