Job Description
The UI/UX Designer is responsible for the graphic creation and design of consumer interaction and their online experience. The core responsibilities involve satisfying the requirements of the brand and creating UI/UX prototypes that can meet the consumer's aesthetic taste and optimize sales conversion.
1.01 Collaborate with the product manager and implement innovative solutions for product, visual and experience management
1.02 Actively participate in all phases of visual design stages from the concept to the release of the new version of the site
1.03 Create and design user friendly interfaces while maintaining the integrity of the Brand identity and improving the consumer's online experience
1.04 Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and concept maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
1.05 Present and promote projects and milestones for the team and stakeholders executive level
1.06 Conducts analysis and user research, collects and evaluates user feedback
1.07 Defines and promotes guidelines, best practices and standards in the design field
1.08 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities , aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of its Responsibilities
1.09 Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
1.10 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community
