We’re looking for a highly motivated UI/UX Designer to join our client’s innovative, collaborative Product Management team. In this role, you’ll directly influence usability, strengthen brand consistency, and drive measurable product improvements.
Responsibilities:
Research & Analysis
Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and behaviors
Synthesize research findings to identify key pain points and opportunities for improvement
Design & Prototyping
Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and prototypes to clearly communicate design concepts
Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma
Iterate on designs based on stakeholder input and usability testing results
User Interface (UI) Design
Design intuitive, visually engaging interfaces aligned with brand and design guidelines
Maintain consistency across products, platforms, and devices
Usability Testing & Feedback
Plan and facilitate usability testing sessions to validate design solutions
Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform design decisions
Continuous Improvement
Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies
Proactively improve design processes, workflows, and deliverables
Collaboration and Communication
Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure design decisions support both usability and business outcomes
Present and defend design concepts and trade-offs to team members and executive leadership
Take part in design critiques, providing constructive and actionable feedback
Requirements:
University degree in design, computer science or related field or equivalent job experience;
3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects;
Proficiency in UX design tools, preferably Figma;
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices;
Experience with user research methods and usability testing;
Ability to create detailed user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes;
An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable design decisions.
