Your mission:
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who designs clear, mission-driven interfaces for complex systems. This role is about clarity, speed, and intent—turning sophisticated technology into interfaces that are intuitive, dependable, and calm under pressure.

You will design interfaces people trust when it matters.

Responsibilities:
• Design clean, functional UI/UX for complex, real-world systems.

• Translate workflows and system logic into clear interaction models.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI concepts.

• Define scalable UI patterns and visual systems.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design.

• Use motion and interaction only where it improves understanding.

• Figma (core tool)

• FigJam, prototyping tools

• Motion tools (e.g. After Effects, Principle, ProtoPie)

• Unreal Engine for testing interfaces in spatial, real-time, or simulated environments (plus)

• AI tools for fast UI ideation, prototyping, and iteration (plus)c

Qualifications:
• Strong UI/UX design craft and visual taste.

• Ability to simplify complex systems into calm, readable interfaces.

• Experience designing for technical or mission-critical products is a plus.

• Comfort working hands-on and owning design outcomes end-to-end.

• Portfolio showing clarity, restraint, and strong interaction thinking.
