We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to help shape the future of our casino portal across web and mobile. In this role, you’ll design intuitive, visually engaging experiences used by players around the world, working on a large‑scale product within Playtech’s international technology environment. If you’re passionate about clean design, user‑centred thinking, and building scalable design systems, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Your Influential Mission: You Will…

• Design and evolve new features for the Casino Portal using an established UI component library.
• Redesign and enhance the Casino Portal experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms, with a strong focus on usability and visual quality.
• Develop, document, and maintain a comprehensive design system, including reusable components, styles, and interaction patterns.
• Create clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction concepts that translate business needs into intuitive user experiences.
• Organise and maintain design files, layers, and visual assets to ensure consistency, scalability, and ease of collaboration.
• Work closely with software engineers, business analysts, QA specialists, and product managers throughout the full product development lifecycle.
• Conduct benchmark research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve product performance.
• Apply Design Thinking methodologies and follow best practices in usability and accessibility.
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

Components for Success: You…

• Have 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Can showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centred design thinking and visual design skills.
• Are highly proficient in Figma, including wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Have solid experience designing responsive interfaces that scale from mobile and tablet to desktop.
• Possess a strong understanding of typography, grid systems, and layout composition.
• Are familiar with user‑centred design principles and web/mobile usability standards.
• Have experience documenting design systems or component libraries.
• Experience working with UI frameworks such as Bootstrap or Material Design.
• Skills in creating icons and working with vector graphics.
• Communicate confidently in English (Upper‑Intermediate written and spoken).

• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Hands‑on experience with Material UI (MUI) component libraries.
• Experience designing for admin panels, CMS, or CRM systems.
