Position Overview

We're on the lookout for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team at Flatgigs. In this role, you will focus on creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience on our platform. You will work closely with product managers and developers to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions. Requirements:
• Design and enhance user interfaces for the Flatgigs platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make informed design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to bring design concepts to life.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics to improve usability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design standards, and best practices.
• Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand identity and mission of Flatgigs.
• Assist the marketing team with design-related tasks as needed, including promotional materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or related software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to create responsive designs that provide a great experience across devices.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong visual design aesthetic.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude when working with teams.
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for innovation and creating meaningful user experiences.
