IFGlobal is a fast growing eCommerce fulfilment business with operations across the UK, USA, and Europe. With a brand new, state of the art warehouse at Aviation Park West, we’re scaling fast, and we want people who want to grow with us.

We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer
Love clean interfaces, smart user journeys, and turning ideas into real products? This is your chance to get hands-on, build your portfolio, and grow fast in a scaling international business.

The role

You’ll work with product managers and developers to design intuitive web and mobile experiences — from first wireframe to final build. You’ll research users, prototype ideas, and help shape our design system as we grow.

What you’ll do

Design polished, on-brand UI for web and mobile

Create wireframes, mock-ups, and clickable prototypes

Support user research and usability testing

Turn requirements into simple, user-first solutions

Collaborate with developers for pixel-perfect delivery

Iterate using feedback, data, and real user insight

What you bring

UI/UX experience (or strong projects/internships)

Figma skills and solid visual design fundamentals

Understanding of user-centred design and accessibility

A portfolio that shows thinking, not just screens

Curiosity, attention to detail, and a growth mindset

HTML/CSS knowledge? Nice bonus, not essential.

Working pattern

40 hours per week

Monday to Friday

08:30am-17:30pm
