UI/UX Designer

INTERWEAVE is looking for a UI/UX Designer, a digital product Thinker, to create and execute designs across platforms and channels.

You will collaborate with strategists, marketers, information architects and copywriters, and build with them great brand experiences online. Our goal, and part of your job, is to create user-centric experiences (digital products and platforms, campaigns, websites, mobile apps and more), highly engaging, which will exceed client expectations and objectives.

You will have the opportunity to work along with Interweavers, clients and brands across different countries and regions.

Requirements:
We are looking for the next passionate member of our team, so we can create interesting and innovative things together.

• 2+ years of professional experience designing digital experiences, including responsive and adaptive design, as well as mobile applications
• Advanced Figma or Framer skills
• Experience in UX processes, such as user journeys, personas, wireframes, and prototyping, grounded in research insights
• Knowledge of creating and maintaining design systems, design kits, and guidelines
• Strong conceptual thinking - designers are expected to contribute from the early ideation stage, not just execute
• Innovative, fresh, and forward-thinking mindset
• High attention to detail across all deliverables
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking ownership while communicating effectively within a team
• Strong prioritization skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, craftsmanship, and versatility
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience using AI-powered and generative design tools
• Strong sense of responsibility toward deadlines and delivery commitments
• Passion for digital culture and curiosity for shaping solutions to future challenges
• Commitment to continuous learning, with a solid understanding of UX principles and core design fundamentals
