UI/UX AND Graphics Designer

Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Graphics Designer to design the visual

and interaction layer of our mobile app, web platform, and marketing materials. You will be

responsible for crafting intuitive user experiences and visually compelling content that enhances

user engagement, increases conversions, and maintains brand consistency across channels.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes for mobile (iOS and Android)

and web platforms

• Build user interfaces aligned with best UX practices, supporting flows such as

onboarding, KYC, wallet actions, and transactions

• Collaborate with developers to ensure design-to-code accuracy and performance across

screen sizes and devices

Graphic Design and Branding

• Create marketing graphics, social media content, GIFs, motion graphics, and visual assets

for digital campaigns

• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all user touchpoints

• Support the development of brand collateral and design systems

Development Handoff

• Provide export-ready assets with proper specifications, spacing, and responsive behavior

• Assist in front-end reviews to ensure design fidelity

• Maintain shared Figma components, libraries, and documentation

Design Ops and User Research

• Conduct usability tests or apply user research data to inform design decisions

• Organize and manage scalable design systems for long-term efficiency

• Apply design iterations based on feedback, performance, and A/B test results

• Advanced proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,

After Effects)

• Ability to create prototypes using tools like InVision, Adobe XD, or UXPin

• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 for responsive layout support

• Strong understanding of usability, user flows, accessibility standards (WCAG), and

conversion design

Desirable Skills

• Experience with frontend collaboration (React or Flutter familiarity)

• SEO-conscious design for landing pages

• Familiarity with Agile development processes and design sprints

• Experience working with fintech or remittance platforms is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to take ownership and drive projects independently

• Comfortable working across time zones with development and marketing teams

• Open to feedback and design iterations in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, UI/UX, HCI, or a related field

• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and UX problem-solving across web and

mobile

• Experience designing for multilingual and multicultural platforms
