UI / React JS Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced UI / React JS Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ReactJS, along with hands-on experience in AngularJS and Angular (Angular 2+), and a passion for building intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces. This role requires close collaboration with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences across platforms.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and reusable UI components using ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Build and enhance enterprise-grade web applications using AngularJS and Angular 2+, ensuring consistency and performance across browsers and devices.
• Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, accessibility, and usability.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow between frontend and backend systems.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in frontend architecture, coding standards, and design patterns.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to maintain high code quality.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve UI-related issues across different environments and devices.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and frameworks in frontend development and proactively recommend improvements.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and delivery commitments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–15 years of experience in frontend/UI development for web applications.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, including hooks, state management, and component-based architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AngularJS and Angular (Angular 2+), including modules, services, and dependency injection.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous data handling.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools, version control systems (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern UI libraries, design systems, or component frameworks.
• Knowledge of performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
• Prior experience in mentoring or leading frontend teams.
• Exposure to Agile development environments and product-based companies.
