Role Overview

We are hiring a UI-strong Product Designer to design modern web and mobile digital products. This role focuses on building clean, effective product interfaces, scalable design systems, and intuitive user flows — not branding or marketing creative.

You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ship user-centered digital experiences quickly. The role is execution-focused, requiring strong visual design taste paired with practical UX fundamentals. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced product environments, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable operating as a primary designer on product initiatives.

Your Impact

• Design intuitive product interfaces that improve usability and drive product adoption.
• Create scalable design systems that increase development efficiency and UI consistency.
• Optimize user funnels and workflows to improve engagement and functionality.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on features to support fast product delivery cycles.
• Contribute directly to shipping high-quality digital experiences used by real customers.

Core Responsibilities

Product UI Design – 50%

• Design modern SaaS-style interfaces for web and mobile products.
• Create dashboards, onboarding flows, and core product experiences.
• Apply strong visual hierarchy, spacing, and usability principles.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems for consistent UI patterns.

UX Execution – 30%

• Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Design and refine user journeys and funnels.
• Make business-aware design decisions balancing usability and functionality.
• Conduct iterative improvements based on feedback and product insights.

Product Delivery & Collaboration – 20%

• Rapidly prototype and iterate on product features.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and provide handoff documentation.
• Operate independently as a primary product designer when needed.

Requirements:
Must-Haves (Required)

• 3+ years of experience in digital product UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital product interfaces (web apps, SaaS platforms, dashboards).
• Experience designing SaaS or tech-enabled products.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar modern design tools.
• Ability to translate product requirements into polished, functional UI.
• Solid UX fundamentals including flows, usability, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

• Motion or interaction design experience.
• Experience working in startup or product-led environments.
• Basic front-end awareness (HTML/CSS understanding).

Tools Proficiency

• Design tools (Figma or similar)
• Prototyping tools
• Collaboration tools (Slack, design handoff tools)

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred):

• Animation or motion design tools
