We’re looking for a talented UI Development Manger to join our growing team:

A. Responsibilities (essential to the position)

• Lead UI Development with the configuration, development and deployment of the automotive embedded infotainment system.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight UI Developers team in order to improve work flow efficiency.
• Break down project into manageable components and provide estimates and track the work with Project Management counterpart.
• Adopt and evangelize new processes and ensure the internal team strongly supports all best practices.
• Research and propose ideas to solve software development challenges.
• Interface directly with clients in planning, assigning, executing and delivering project work.

B. Requirements:

1. Industry background:

· 5+ years of experience in software development as a team leader

· Solid Computer Science fundamentals and understanding space/time complexity. Capable of discussing design and algorithms with architects and engineers

· Extensive experience in system architecture combining multiple technologies and disciplines, including hardware and software

· Strong engineering and program management skills with a track record of success working in cross functional development teams

· Strong record of innovation demonstrated through patents, papers or products

· Proven ability to articulate and advocate a vision for technology direction with customers and internal development teams

2. Knowledge and skills:

· A deep understanding of embedded systems and APIs, with an ear to the ground to keep up to date with the rapid changes in the UI development landscape

· Experience with software project management, familiar with agile methodology

· Desired experience: Embedded systems and/or Automotive, Web Development Experience, Proficiency in C# language

3. Education / Training:

· Bachelor in Automotive/Embedded Software/Mechanical Engineering/Systems Engineering/Computer Science

· Strong presentation skills and excellent interpersonal skills; fun, outgoing and easy to work with

· Self-starter able to operate with minimal supervision to achieve objectives
