Job Overview

Here at Wargaming Belgrade, we are looking for UI Developer to strengthen the World of Warships Meta team.

As a member of the World of Warships team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented and passionate group of professionals and make a meaningful impact on the direction and success of the game.

Reports to

Meta Team Lead

What will you do?

•
Design, develop and support various features, with a focus on UI, layouts and animations, within the team's scope

•
Write documentation, refactor existing code to keep it simple and maintainable

•
Participate in code and technical documentation reviews

•
Work on RnD activities, contribute to the overall development culture

•
Work closely with game and product designers and QA engineers, communicate with other teams and departments

What are we looking for?

•
Experience in user interfaces or Web Frontend development (experience with Vanilla JS and at least one framework is a must)

• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programing language (preferably Python)

What additional skills will help you stand out?

•
Experience in game development (personal projects and game mods count!)

•
Specialized education or a degree in Computer Science

•
Experience with Adobe Flash/Animate, Photoshop, or Figma

• English language - Intermediate level and higher

•
Knowledge of Russian language

Work mode

• Onsite during probation period and after that hybrid work mode (3 days from office) .
