Mandatory
• At least 6 years of experience working on Core Java , UI, Spring, hibernate.
• At least 6 years of experience working with CSS, HTML, Javascript and web technologies
• Experience with development and re-engineering of existing application to incorporate unit tests
• Experience with Browser Compatibility migration projects
• Ability to work and coordinate with offshore team members
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Aggressive and ability to work on high pressure environment (target oriented approach).
• Ability to support multiple applications when escalated for development team investigation.
• In depth knowledge on various open source libraries needed for a standard integration project.
• Experience with test driven development
• Ability to break up complex design into phased approaches
• Strong leadership skill and good team player
• Conduct peer code review and design review
• At least 6 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 6 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience to financial markets (Wealth management/investment banking/capital markets domain)
• Good Analytical and communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
