IBMC is a Business Management Consulting firm partnering with international businesses across sectors such as fintech, investment, and proprietary trading. We are currently seeking a UI Designer to join our sister company a fast-paced marketing agency that serves 100% overseas clients, focusing on delivering high-performance digital products and trading technology.

We are looking for a creative and strategic UI Designer who can balance aesthetic excellence with superior user experience. In this role, you will work on diverse projects including landing pages, e-commerce, and utility products turning complex business requirements into visually engaging and functional designs. You will collaborate closely with developers to ensure all designs are optimized for WordPress and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept Visualization: Utilize storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate design concepts.
• UI Design: Create visually appealing interfaces for landing pages, e-commerce platforms, and utility products without sacrificing UX value.
• Brand Consistency: Adapt layouts based on user feedback while strictly adhering to typography, color, and imagery guidelines.
• Graphic Production: Produce original graphic assets, sketches, and tables to enhance the overall user experience when needed.
• Feedback Management: Manage design feedback from internal teams and stakeholders, iterating designs carefully to meet project goals.
• Developer Collaboration: Work closely with developers to create designs that are technically feasible and optimized for WordPress development.
• Presentations: Present design drafts to internal teams and incorporate constructive feedback into subsequent iterations.

Requirements:
• Experience: 3 – 4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (excluding internships).
• Agency Background: Previous experience working in an agency environment is required.
• Technical Mastery: 2 – 3 years of advanced Figma experience, with deep knowledge of semantic colors, variables, design tokens, auto-layout, and responsive components.
• Multitasking: Proven capability in switching contexts effectively between 2 – 3 projects per day.
• Business Acumen: Ability to understand business goals and translate them into efficient design solutions.
• Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), SEO, and Digital Marketing principles to support effective website design.
• Language: Excellent communication skills with professional-level English (written and verbal).
• Location: Candidates willing to work under a hybrid policy will be prioritized.
• Industry Plus: Familiarity with the forex/trading industry is a significant advantage.
