Job Description

Work collaboratively with a forward thinking creative team on projects ranging from Digitally Integrated Campaigns to Custom Branded content. Creativity and input are highly regarded. With a great location and work / life balance and a growing Digital department, this is an exciting place to be!

As UI Designer / Developer you will be cutting up responsive websites, social media apps, landing pages, eDMs & CMS themes. As part of the job you will be providing and following direction in creative conceptual design with clear rationale. You’ll get to participate in brainstorming sessions, conceptualise designs and prepare visuals for client pitches all whilst understanding and adhering to W3C guidelines. It’s a varied, challenging and interesting position with a great team..

• Min. 4 years commercial experience designing and building responsive websites (mobile / tablet) ranging from large corporate CMS driven sites, through to engaging microsites

• Visual problem solving abilities with strong skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (CS6)

• HTML4 & 5, CSS & CSS3, Jquery and related client-side technologies

• Strong understanding of IA and UX

• Experience dealing with W3C guidelines and validation, FTP, Hosting and DNS

• After Effects skills a bonus

• Degree or equivalent work experience in web and interaction design is also a bonus
