Description
Cidel is seeking a polished, proactive Associate to support our Ultra High Net Worth team in cultivating, deepening, and stewarding sophisticated client relationships. This role requires strong operational discipline, exceptional client service instincts, and comfort engaging with wealthy families and their professional networks. The Associate will manage day‑to‑day administrative and transactional needs, contribute to business development efforts, and ensure a seamless, high‑touch client experience.
Areas of Focus will Include:
Coordinate onboarding and ongoing maintenance of UHNW client relationships, ensuring all documentation, due diligence, and account requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
Prepare, review, and distribute detailed client reporting packages, including monthly and quarterly asset and performance reports.
Execute and support daily operational activities such as cash movements, trading instructions, foreign exchange, and account updates, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.
Respond thoughtfully and promptly to client and prospect inquiries, providing clear information and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
Collaborate with colleagues across Asset Management, Planning & Trust, and Specialized Banking to prepare proposals, briefing materials, and client‑ready presentations.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and strengthen the client experience.
Support business development initiatives by preparing materials, tracking opportunities, and helping manage CRM data and follow‑up activities.
Requirements
Minimum of three years’ experience in multi-family office, wealth management, private banking, investment management, or a related financial services environment.
Strong understanding of financial services and investment concepts, with the ability to communicate comfortably with UHNW clients.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and operate as a self‑starter in a dynamic, team‑based environment.
Demonstrated customer service orientation and a track record of delivering high‑quality work in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems and AI integration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce polished, client‑ready materials.
Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple high‑profile priorities simultaneously.
Relevant Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, communications, or a related field.
Completion of the CSC or willingness to obtain.
Prior financial services experience is preferred.
