Job Description

Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI) is a newly established German-Ukrainian defence joint venture between Quantum Systems and Frontline Robotics, created under the Build with Ukraine initiative. For the first time, Ukrainian drones will be manufactured on an industrial scale in Europe, combining Ukrainian battlefield-proven technology with German industrial automation to create a new model of cross-border defence co-production: the German Model.

As a UAV Test Pilot, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our unmanned aerial systems. You will conduct final product checks and flight tests, both indoors and in the field, to validate performance and compliance with company standards.

Our goal is to provide democratic armies, including the Ukrainian forces, with reliable tools to defend their countries and the values they stand for. Your mission at Quantum-Systems will contribute to this purpose and make a meaningful impact.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Perform final quality checks of manufactured products (UAVs and ground control stations) according to defined processes.

• Conduct flight tests in controlled environments such as hangars.

• Maintain accurate documentation, complete checklists, and prepare bug reports.

• Travel to test sites for periodic outdoor flight trials.
