Your mission:
You will work with modern unmanned aerial systems and deliver hands-on training to participants of our educational programs. This role is designed for professionals who want to apply their technical expertise not only in operating UAVs, but also in developing and mentoring the next generation of specialists.
Responsibilities:
• Train UAV deployment and system setup
• Train communication systems operation
• Teach complex mission planning (EW avoidance, altitude, battery)
• Train navigation, map work, and pilot coordination
• Assess operators and conduct debriefings
• Improve training methods based on feedback
Qualifications:
General technical
• Hands-on UAV operation experience
• Understanding of flight principles, propulsion, electrical and battery systems
• Basic knowledge of meteorology, flight safety, and regulations
• Field technical skills (basic repair, soldering, hardware setup)
• Knowledge of electronics and mechanic
• Understanding of flight modes: FBWA, QHOVER, AltHold, ACRO
• Clear communication and patience when teaching
Operator-specific
• Confident map reading and coordinate handling (incl. no-GPS scenarios)
• Understanding of radio communication and antenna setup
• Strong attention to detail and structured mindset
• High technical literacy and software orientation
• Telemetry diagnostics skills (voltage, vibrations, compass errors)
• Experience with ArduPilot, Mission Planner, QGroundControl
• Basic Linux skills (CLI, SSH, networking)
• English level sufficient for technical documentation
