Job Description

• Define UAT approach, scope, timelines, and entry/exit criteria
• Identify test scenarios aligned with business requirements
• Engage business users and subject matter experts (SMEs) for test execution
• Conduct UAT kick-off sessions and walkthroughs
• Ensure business readiness and sign-off
• Oversee test case preparation and execution
• Monitor daily UAT progress and provide status reports
• Manage defect triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking
• Ensure critical issues are resolved before go-live
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies
• Escalate issues to project governance forums
• Ensure compliance with QA standards and audit requirements, good understanding of SDM process will be a big plus
• Track metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and pass rates
• Obtain formal UAT sign-off from business stakeholders
• 8-12+ years of UAT/Test Management experience
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Waterfall methodologies
• Experience managing very large-scale enterprise UAT programs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in defect management tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Strong risk management and escalation handling capability
