UAS Training Manager (m/f/d)

As a UAV Instructor / Demo Manager, you play a key role in our Training Demo and Documentation team. You are going to be the figurehead of Quantum Systems due to close interaction with international customers during demos and/or training. Your performance as an instructor will be critical for the safe and proficient usage of the Quantum Systems product line. During demos, you are going to engage with future customers and decision-makers ensuring that they will have the best first impression of our UAS they can have. You will be embedded with the Governmental Sales team and therefore work closely together with them.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Ensuring completion and function of UAS equipment before traveling to locations worldwide to conduct product demonstrations and/or training.

• Creation of engaging instructional materials, including manuals, presentations, and practical exercises. Maintaining this training documentation in German and English.

• Oversee hands-on flight training sessions for fixed-wing UAVs. Guide pre-flight checks, flight planning, post-flight and post-processing procedures.

• Assess trainee performance during both theoretical and practical training sessions. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to enhance skills and proficiency.

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations, incorporating your prior mission experience to facilitate use cases for future customers (which range from operator up to ministerial decision-maker level).
