As a UAS Training Instructor, you will play a crucial role in the Training Demo of Quantum-Systems Ukraine. This position involves delivering comprehensive training sessions and product demonstrations, ensuring the safe and proficient usage of UAV systems. Your performance will be vital for creating a strong first impression, especially during demos and training, and will significantly influence customer engagement and satisfaction. You will be closely embedded with the Governmental Sales team, collaborating on product-related tasks.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
• Conduct training activities based on a developed training program.
• Prepare for training flights, including mission planning, route mapping, weather condition analysis, and equipment maintenance.
• Execute and oversee the full cycle of training flights for fixed-wing UAVs, including pre-flight and post-flight checks.
• Ensure UAS equipment is fully functional before traveling to different locations for product demonstrations and/or training.
• Create and maintain engaging instructional materials (manuals, presentations, practical exercises) in both Ukrainian and English.
• Assess trainee performance during both theoretical and practical training, providing constructive feedback to improve skills and proficiency.
• Conduct hands-on flight training sessions and guide pre-flight checks, flight planning, post-flight, and post-processing procedures.
• Coordinate and manage cadet training throughout the entire educational process, including the preparation and updating of training materials.
• Evaluate the knowledge and skills of trainees.
