Tyler Coupling is located in Marshfield, MO. Tyler Coupling has been committed to being a safe workplace for team members, providing high-quality products to our customers and being a good neighbor in the community where we operate.
• · Requires good manual dexterity.
• · Able to work on a stationary assembly line.
• · Must have ability to work at a Conveyor Belt and/or Conveyor Rollers.
• · Must verify the quality of work and cross train on all machines as Team Members will be rotated.
• · Use Shear Cutters to remove eyelet.
• · Responsible for production, quality of product and documentation of daily production numbers.
• · Responsible for loading and unloading parts from machines and workstations.
• · Responsible for inserting rubber gaskets into couplings and places completed product into shipping box for delivery to the warehouse.
• · Follow supervisor instructions at all times.
• · Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
• Must be flexible, Self motivated.
• Work independently and as a team.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Preferred grammar school education and 6 months of related manufacturing experience.
• Preferred a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
