Bosch Sensortec GmbH develops and markets key technologies in consumer electronics – micro-electro-mechanical sensors (MEMS), solutions and systems for smartphone applications, tablets, video game consoles, wearables, and the Internet of things. Bosch Sensortec (BST) is looking to hire an experienced Senior Specialist Fabless Supply Chain Planning in Taipei to join our global Logistics organization. In this role, you will take ownership as the technical lead of our local logistics team to manage the end-to-end supply and production planning for all Frontend related operations—including wafer foundry and wafer-level test activities—within BSTs fabless manufacturing network.

As the primary Logistics interface to BSTs key suppliers and OSAT partners across the Asia-Pacific region, you will ensure robust supply continuity, drive operational excellence and support extending Bosch Sensortecs local footprint in Asia Pacific by strengthening its growing presence in Taiwan. You will play a central role in integrating new external manufacturing partners, scaling business processes, and supporting the further expansion of our local operations team.

In this role you will be responsible for

1. Supply & Response Planning for Wafer-Level Testing

- Serve as the technical lead for our Production Planning and Order Fulfillment team in Taipei, ensuring seamless alignments with our global Operations teams across Asia and Europe.

- Lead production planning, order management, and order fulfillment for ASIC wafer-level test operations at OSAT sites

- Manage supplier performance to achieve the operational targets in terms of delivery performance, delivery reliability and target inventory levels.

- Resolve supply issues by coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

- Manage operational coordination with transportation forwarder partners in the Asia-Pacific region.

- Integrate new manufacturing partners - drive Logistics readiness and execution for new supplier onboardings related to wafer-level test operations.

- Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on global supply status for relevant products.

2. Supplier interface from BST logistics team:

- Act as the primary local interface of our BST Operations Management for BSTs supplier and OSAT in Taiwan, handling first-level escalations for supply and delivery issues.

- Build and maintain strong logistics relationships with our external suppliers and partners in close alignment with Purchasing

- Lead on-site task forces at vendor and OSAT locations in the event of major supply disruptions.

3. Process integration

Act as the Business Process Owner for ASIC wafer-level test operations and drive continuous improvement across all related B2B logistics processes, ensuring operational excellence and scalability

Professional & educational requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

2. 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, production planning or operations management within an international industrial production environment, ideally in semiconductor industry

3. Experience working in roles w/ direct engagement w/ external suppliers

Essential skills:

7. Independent style of working, proactive in creating ideas and solutions particularly in process optimization, data analysis, and reporting

8. Solid proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills

9. Experienced in working with ERP and/or MES systems

10. Willingness to travel, mostly within the Asia Pacific region (<10%)

Desirable skills

1. A good understanding of the Semiconductor manufacturing process is a plus, preferably for front-end Wafer Level Testing.

2. 2+ years in a leadership role w/ strong knowledge of the global procurement process

3. Experienced in Advanced Planning systems Blue Yonder ESP and e2MV such as e2open know-how as a plus
