- Act as the primary technical contact for external customers, responsible for all technical matters related to SiC MOSFET power semiconductors and modules.

- Understand customer applications, complex requirements, and pain points; translate these into system requirements for current and future product generations.

- Evaluate new customer requirements and changes, ensuring optimal solutions for both the company and the customer.

- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product introductions, and application training to customers and distributors.

- Support customers in evaluating and integrating the company's SiC product portfolio into their systems.

- Contribute to shaping advanced SiC-based power semiconductor solutions for electric vehicle applications, including inverters, DC/DC converters, and on-board chargers.

- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related field.

- Experience and Know-how:

　• Minimum 3 years of experience in power electronics, automotive inverter systems, or high-voltage SiC applications.

　• Familiarity with SiC product design and development processes; experience in power system companies is a plus.

　• Knowledge in simulation tools, lab measurement techniques, and packaging/interconnection technology is preferred.

- Personality and Working Style: Systematic and solution-oriented; proactive, decisive, and creative; strong communication and coordination skills; able to stay focused in dynamic environments.

- Languages: Excellent command of Chinese and English, both written and spoken.

- Other Requirements: Ability to travel overseas independently.
