TV Product Line Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Line Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Line Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, marketing, and profitability of a specific product line within our company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of product strategies and drive the growth of the product line in the market.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and execute product line strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and preferences to identify potential product opportunities and gaps in the market.

Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation, development, and launch to ongoing support and eventual retirement of the product.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions for the product line.

Define and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue targets, market share, and profitability for the product line.

Conduct pricing analysis and develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, customer support, and supply chain teams, to ensure smooth product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets for the product line.

Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to ensure the product line remains innovative and relevant.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (3+ years) in product management, preferably in a similar industry or product category.

Demonstrated ability to drive product growth and meet business objectives.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in using market research and analytics tools.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

A passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.

Proficient with using MS Excel & Power BI.

Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) & English

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Product Line Manager or similar role in the Consumer Electronic industry.

Experience with new product introductions and product portfolio management.

Knowledge of project management methodologies.
