Do you have an eye for detail and a heart for hospitality? We’re looking for a Turndown Attendant who brings elegance, care and precision to our evening service — ensuring every guest returns to a room that feels calm, refreshed and ready for rest.

Your role in the journey

As Turndown Attendant, you’ll be responsible for preparing guest rooms for the evening — refreshing the space, creating a sense of calm, and ensuring every detail reflects our five-star standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing turndown service in guest rooms with care and consistency.
• Refreshing rooms and preparing them for the evening.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming environment.
• Working efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Supporting the housekeeping team when needed.

What you’ll bring

• Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts.
• A passion for delivering exceptional service and quality.
• Experience in housekeeping, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• A guest-first mindset and a structured, detail-oriented approach.
