Turkish-Speaking Solutions Consultant - Sofia, Fully Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy is actively seeking a Turkish-Speaking Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert solutions and support to Turkish-speaking clients, ensuring their business needs are successfully met through tailored technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Turkish-speaking clients to understand their business needs and challenges
• Develop and deliver customized solutions that address client requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients on solution usage
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and solutions provided
• Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and company offerings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

Requirements:
• Fluency in Turkish and English, both spoken and written.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly indicated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong understanding of technology solutions and consulting practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in client-facing or consulting roles is preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation costs covered
