Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer a unique opportunity for a Turkish-Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a fully paid relocation package! In this role, you will provide vital back office support for our gaming operations, focusing on Turkish-speaking players and internal processes to ensure a seamless gaming experience.
As a Back Office Gaming Support Specialist, you will work behind the scenes to analyze player data, support the front office team, and resolve complex player issues that require detailed investigation and escalation. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and smooth operation of our gaming platform.
Responsibilities
• Provide back office support and technical assistance related to gaming operations for Turkish-speaking players
• Analyze player data and identify potential issues or irregularities
• Collaborate with front office and development teams to resolve complex player cases
• Monitor and report on compliance with gaming policies and procedures
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of player account updates and transactions
• Maintain clear documentation of cases and processes following internal protocols
• Assist in improving gaming support processes and enhancing player satisfaction
Requirements:
• Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in back office gaming support or related roles is highly desirable
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria (relocation costs fully covered)
