In this role, you will work directly with Turkish-speaking clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored technology solutions. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective solution deployment and provide ongoing support to maximize client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Turkish-speaking clients to analyze their requirements and business challenges
• Develop customized solutions that meet client needs
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth solution delivery
• Provide training and support on implemented solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and solution details
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to support business growth

Requirements:
• Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your CV. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong knowledge of technology solutions and consulting methodologies
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with all relocation expenses covered
