Tuition Operations Assistant (Data Entry)

Outsourcing Advantage is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Tuition Operations Data Entry Assistant to support our educational services team. This role involves entering and managing tuition-related data efficiently and accurately to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, processing payments, and providing administrative support to enhance the overall student experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update tuition data into database systems.
• Process tuition payments and manage related financial records.
• Assist in generating reports and analyzing tuition-related data.
• Respond to inquiries from students and parents regarding tuition and payment options.
• Ensure compliance with all data entry standards and financial regulations.
• Support administrative tasks as needed to facilitate effective operations.

Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. at least at a level of C1 Advanced
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
