But we’re not stopping there—we need your help to take things to the next level!
We are looking for an experienced B2B/B2B2C Sales Professional who can apply his/her expertise to help us grow.
You will:
Develop and execute the partnerships strategy primarily in Türkiye, but not limited thereto, in order to drive sustainable student acquisition and revenue growth. Build and manage a pipeline of strategic partnerships including customer loyalty programs, HR benefits platforms, corporate companies, and other commercial entities aligned with the company’s brand positioning and growth objectives. Identify, approach, negotiate, and close mutually beneficial partnership agreements that generate measurable commercial results.
Research and secure bulk purchase agreements with private schools, educational institutions, and learning centers by establishing relationships with principals, founders, and key decision-makers. Identify new business development opportunities, including expansion into new segments and institutional channels.
Identify and establish collaborations with NGOs supporting educational initiatives; develop partnership models that create social impact while contributing to commercial objectives. Explore and secure funding opportunities and sponsorships for NGO-related educational projects where applicable.
Lead negotiations on partnership terms and conditions, ensure successful lead-to-account conversion, and coordinate onboarding and implementation processes. Conduct market analysis, prepare pitch decks, commercial proposals, reports, and all required partnership documentation.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Content, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of partnership campaigns with brand identity and commercial goals. Monitor and analyze partnership performance, provide regular reporting, and optimize agreements to maximize ROI, growth and long-term value.
