• Du betreust die Kunden im Sinne eines Concierge Services für den Mandanten BMW.
• Du hilfst den Kunden in Notfallsituationen und korrespondierst gegebenenfalls mit Rettungsleitstellen.
• Du bist für Recherchen und Informationsbeschaffung zuständig.

• Persönlichkeit: Kundenorientiert, kommunikationsstark und verantwortungsbewusst.
• Arbeitsweise: Eigenverantwortlich, gewissenhaft, strukturiert und dienstleistungs- und lösungsorientiert
• Erfahrungen und Know-how: Du begeisterst Dich für neue Technologien und für den Kundenservice im Automobilbereich. Weiterhin besitzt Du eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und bist versiert im Umgang mit Informationstechniken.  
• Flexibilität: 24/7 Schichten
• Sprachen: Du sprichst Tschechisch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und verfügst zudem über gute Englischkenntnisse.
