Job Description

A little bit of information on the role: A trustee director is 1 of 5/6 directors (4/5 staff directors and 1 board nominee) that make up the trustee board.

The board as a whole is responsible for:

• Administration of the trust
• Ensuring that the trust maintains a controlling interest in the company
• Working in partnership with the operating company board to ensure Team continues to be a successful, independent and professional managed company with an EO Ethos.

Each trustee brings their own skills and experience to the role. Anyone in the company can be a trustee (as long as you are no longer in your probation period) and the aim will be to maintain a board with the right mix of skills, views and experience. You don’t need to know everything!
