The Trust Accounting Manager is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of trust accounting operations across portfolios and funds. The role safeguards financial integrity by overseeing daily accounting activities, delivering high‑quality client and regulatory reporting, and supporting the development of a high‑performing accounting team. Through strong operational discipline, risk awareness, and people leadership, the role contributes to regulatory confidence, client trust, and cost‑efficient scale aligned with ATRAM Group objectives.
What Business Outcomes the Role is Responsible for:
Accounting Accuracy & Execution: Ensures daily accounting activities for portfolios and funds are executed accurately and on time, minimizing errors, operational losses, and regulatory risk.
Client & Regulatory Reporting Excellence: Delivers timely, accurate, and compliant client and regulatory reports that meet quality standards and strengthen stakeholder confidence.
Team Performance & Capability Building: Enhances team effectiveness by supporting people management, strengthening competencies, and aligning team initiatives with ATRAM Group goals and efficiency targets.
What we’re looking for in a successful candidate:
Accounting & Financial Expertise: Applies strong knowledge of accounting principles, bank accounting, and financial statement analysis to ensure accurate reporting and sound financial controls.
