Our location in Southwestern PA enables us to access a broad service area including western Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, and southwestern New York.

Hydrogreen LLC is seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Driver to join our hydroseeding crew. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, the ability and willingness to potentially do overnight travel 100% of the time M-F each week, and the capability to work efficiently in a team environment. This role involves the transportation and operation of hydroseeding equipment to various job sites, ensuring timely and accurate delivery and application of hydroseeding materials.

Key Responsibilities:

· Safely operate and drive a commercial vehicle (Class A CDL) to transport hydroseeding equipment and materials to and from job sites.

· Load and unload hydroseeding equipment, ensuring secure and safe handling of materials.

· Assist with the setup and operation of hydroseeding equipment on site.

· Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal operation.

· Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while driving and on job sites.

· Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily tasks and project requirements.

· Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any incidents.

· Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.

· Ensuring that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed, bringing problems to the attention of the Foreman, Superintendent or Office Manager

· Performing other work-related duties as assigned

· Ability to communicate orally and in writing.

· Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely.

· Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions.

· Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.

· Performing other duties as assigned by Supervisor, including assisting the Laborers when needed.

Qualifications:

· Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial driving, preferably in the construction or landscaping industry.

· Knowledge of hydroseeding equipment and materials is a plus.

· Ability to operate and maintain various types of hydroseeding equipment.

· Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

In addition to your base compensation, Hydrogreen, LLC is offering a minimum defined contribution of $300/month to an insurance policy per individual and a minimum of $800/month to an insurance policy per family. Hydrogreen LLC offers a match on 401K contributions made by each full-time employee after one year of employment.

Schedule:

· 10-hour shifts - EXTENDED OVERNIGHT TRAVEL - Must be willing to be overnight M-F and home on the weekends

· Monday to Friday

· Weekends as needed - very rare

Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
