Job Description
As a Trim Carpenter Specialist, you will perform detailed finish carpentry work on residential and commercial job sites. This role focuses on the installation, repair, and restoration of interior and exterior trim, ensuring clean, precise finishes that meet high-quality standards. You will work alongside experienced carpenters and project leads to restore properties and bring spaces back to a polished, completed state.
This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Install and repair interior and exterior trim including baseboards, door and window casing, crown molding, chair rail, and other finish details
Perform measuring, cutting, coping, mitering, and fitting of trim materials
Repair or replace damaged trim as part of restoration projects
Read and follow scope, work orders, and verbal instructions
Safely operate hand and power tools (miter saws, nail guns, routers, etc.)
Ensure high-quality finishes with tight joints and clean lines
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and consistency
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Assist with additional carpentry or restoration tasks as needed

Requirements
Trim or finish carpentry experience preferred but not required
Strong interest in finish carpentry and detail-oriented work
Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Availability for occasional overtime, including emergency situations
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions depending on project needs
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail
