Triconex ESD Engineer

· Plan and execute the ESD/FGS/HIPPS requirements associated with pre-SAT readiness activities, Site Acceptance Test (SAT), SAT punch list close out and commissioning.

• Implement site/tie-in activity modification in ESD/FGS/HIPPS system based on approved design documents
• Supervise and get existing system/marshalling/Network/PDB cabinet modified based on approved design documents
• Capture all changes as red mark on approved design documents
• Preparing site reports

• Be proactive in approach, follow the procedure and be part of a wider team
• Any issues shall be immediately reported and discussed with the espective lead at site / back office.

· Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

• Shall be flexible in work timings as the job is on site and is critical in nature.
• Shall abide by the site processes in terms of permits, safety requirements.

· Oversee quality control and HSE on site

· Ensure that all materials used, and work performed are in accordance with the specifications

· Implementation and completion of technical tasks for ESD/FGS/HIPPS Tricon system responsibilities, under the direction of the project Lead; delivering on schedule project scope for systems and sub-systems.

Requirements:
· Experience on QG Offshore is preferred

· Hands-on experience on Triconex Classic (Standard Tricon) and Compact (Tricon CX) ESD, FGS and HIPPS systems.

· Developing logics for ESD, HIPPS and FGS of the project using Tristation environment.

· Ability to carry out loop check, Start-up and commissioning activities of Tricon systems.

· Hands on experience on Wonderware HMI.

· System/Marshalling cabinet & Aux Console modification for new IO additions / deletions.

· To carry out site surveys for System upgradation/modification.

· Ability to understand Engineering design documents and drawings and do red line markup for site changes

• Shall be conversant with preparing / implementing method statements related to system/network upgradation at site

· Coordination between Project manager and back office team to meet customer deadlines

· Effective communication at all levels with the ability to maintain customer relationships, develop pragmatic solutions and solve problems whilst under pressure.

· Shall be medically fit to travel to Offshore
