At PRC Saltillo, our trial devices play a critical role in helping individuals find the right communication solution and our Trial Equipment Specialists make that possible. As a Trial Equipment Specialist, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the Trial Equipment department by preparing, packing, shipping, and tracking trial devices while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
This role works closely with the Trial Equipment Supervisor, Training, Funding, Sales, and Consultant Network to resolve issues quickly and maintain high product quality standards. Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the Trial Equipment Supervisor with implementing established procedures and recommending process improvements.
Verify that devices are cleared and have the correct and current software versions installed.
Process shipments for all outgoing non sales devices through the ERP system.
Pull parts according to pack lists and pack devices in a professional, organized manner.
Prepare and ship devices using FedEx equipment and complete all required shipping paperwork.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Required Skills/Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional, patient, and tactful approach.
Ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to following procedures and work instructions.
