We are looking for a revenue-focused Trial Conversion Manager who will own the complete journey from trial initiation to billing alignment, ensuring customers realize value quickly and convert successfully into paying accounts. Positioned strategically between Sales and Customer Success, this role is critical to driving measurable revenue outcomes by managing trial execution, accelerating product adoption, and aligning stakeholders toward commercial commitment. As the single point of accountability during the trial phase, you will ensure adherence to defined processes, proactively monitor usage and engagement, deliver early ROI, and conduct structured value-based conversations that lead to billing alignment. Your success will directly impact Trial Started to Billing Aligned Conversion percentage, while also influencing trial duration, revenue per account, and overall customer experience during the activation phase.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Own customer accounts from trial start through billing alignment
• Serve as the single point of accountability during the trial lifecycle
• Ensure adherence to trial SOPs, processes, and defined timelines
• Conduct structured product walkthroughs and value-driven demos
• Identify and align trial success criteria with measurable business outcomes
• Drive feature adoption and deliver quick wins early in the trial
• Monitor usage metrics and proactively intervene when engagement drops
• Lead trial-end review conversations and create urgency for conversion
• Align stakeholders on pricing, plans, and billing processes
• Provide structured feedback on objections, product gaps, and conversion blockers
• Contribute to improving trial playbooks and conversion strategies
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, or Activation roles
• Strong ownership mindset with disciplined follow-up and execution focus
• Ability to conduct structured demos and outcome-oriented conversations independently
• Revenue-oriented thinking with comfort in target-driven environments
• Strong analytical skills to track usage, identify drop-offs, and improve conversions
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Process-driven approach with strict adherence to defined workflows
• Experience in trial-based or PLG SaaS models (preferred)
• Exposure to eCommerce, D2C, or Shopify ecosystems (bonus)
