About The Role
As a Cross Border Operations Professional you will set up and run cross-border operations, manage first-mile coordination with warehouses and cargo partners, track KPIs and take action when needed and develop practical solutions to improve operations and the overall delivery experience.

Responsibilities:
• Building and running a start-up business operation from scratch
• Manage first-mile coordination btw our warehouse and cargo partners and follow up on their performance as a stakeholder management scope
• Follow KPI's and perform corrective activities in case of needs
• Create effective solutions to operational problems
• Create new alternative solutions to give the best delivery experience to customer

Expected Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities (engineering, business administration, economy, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce and/or retail logistics
• E-commerce and/or cross-border logistics experience, air and/or road cargo transportation, and project management know-how are a must
• Experience in related operations such as e-fulfillment, cross-dock, cargo/distribution, etc. is a plus
• Customer and solution-oriented, having an analytical mindset, customer and result-oriented approach, conflict management skills
• Good at with MS Office programs
• Fluency in English
• Completed military service for male candidates
