Job Summary: As a key contributor in the role of a TrendMicro Engineer, you'll play a critical role in optimizing our IT security posture and operational efficiency. Your focus will be on leveraging the suite of TrendMicro products, including Apex One, IMSVA, IWSVA, Server Protect, Email Security, and Cloud App Security, along with integration capabilities with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT). Utilizing Trend Micro DDAN, Control Manager, and Apex Central, you'll ensure comprehensive threat intelligence and centralized management, ensuring the secure, reliable, and optimized performance of our customers' IT infrastructure post-implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Expertise and Deployment:

• Act as the resident expert on TrendMicro and MDT products.
• Deploy, configure, and manage TrendMicro Apex One, IMSVA, IWSVA, Server Protect, Email Security, and Cloud App Security to streamline IT operations.

• Continuous Monitoring and Maintenance:
• Utilize Control Manager and Apex Central to monitor ongoing operations.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches to mitigate vulnerabilities.

• Incident Response and Problem Solving:
• Lead responses to cybersecurity threats and technical issues using Trend Micro DDAN.
• Provide swift resolutions to minimize disruptions and enhance operational efficiency.

• Security Policies and Compliance Management:
• Develop and enforce robust security protocols across all IT systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal protocols, leveraging TrendMicro solutions for data protection and threat prevention.

• Reporting and Data Analysis:
• Generate comprehensive reports on security incidents, system performance, and compliance status.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize systems and mitigate risks.

• Collaboration and Training:
• Collaborate closely with IT teams and other departments to support secure and efficient operations.
• Conduct training sessions on TrendMicro product functionalities, cybersecurity best practices, and effective system utilization.

Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT operations or cybersecurity, specifically with TrendMicro products and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit.
• Proven ability to configure, manage, and troubleshoot TrendMicro solutions.
• Familiarity with Trend Micro DDAN, Control Manager, and Apex Central for security management and operations.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in incident response and system maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
