TREE CARE SALES LEAD

We are looking to expand our sales team with an experienced and driven tree care sales lead for our Greenstreet Tree Care business. Greenstreet has serviced Washtenaw County for over 30 years and is known for our professional, expert and high-quality approach to residential and commercial customers. Our customers know we work to the highest possible industry standards and invest in a team who is both credentialed and constantly improving to ensure we advance the profession while also serving our customers.

The successful candidate will bring our unique blend of creativity, loyalty, dedication and tree care expertise to the role.

Must have the following experience, knowledge or skills:

Minimum 3-5 years tree care expertise. ISA Arborist certification strongly preferred

Sales experience a plus, but an experienced tree care professional interested in applying their experience to sales will be considered

Demonstrated history of participating in the industry (attending events, participating in competitions, gaining additional certifications, etc.) strongly preferred

Excellent customer service with ability to build long-term relationships based on delivering creative, joyful and dependable service

Demonstrated sales ability with drive to meet and exceed goals

Clean driving record and drug-testing required
