Let’s start with the role

Kaizen Gaming Brazil, the local operator of the Betano brand, is seeking a Senior member of our growing Treasury team! This role, reporting to the Treasury Manager, is expected to bring solid knowledge and expertise, while contributing at different levels to the overall Treasury function.

The Treasury Specialist will be responsible for managing the company’s liquidity in accordance with the regulatory framework, the company’s investment strategy, and the provisions of its Liquidity Management Policy. On-the-job training regarding the online betting industry, Kaizen Group, and the regulatory and operational frameworks for Kaizen Gaming Brazil will be provided during the induction process.

As a Treasury Specialist, you will:

• Ensure compliance with the regulatory framework and internal policies regarding the equilibrium between customer funds and respective dedicated accounts in financial and payment institutions; propose, coordinate, and support enhancements of related automation tools;

• Monitor the implementation of the internal Liquidity Management Policy;

• Propose and implement investment options, maximizing the utilization and yield of available operational liquidity, while adhering to the approved budget and aligning with the company’s strategy and risk appetite;

• Monitor Brazilian and LATAM macroeconomic, political, and regulatory developments, particularly those related to foreign exchange, investment instruments, and Treasury-related online gaming regulations;

• Introduce and enhance monitoring and support tools for Liquidity Risk Management;

• Maintain close cooperation and knowledge exchange within Treasury teams across the region;

• Work closely with the Kaizen Gaming Brazil team and collaborate cross-functionally within the Finance Division and other LATAM markets.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus;

• Extensive experience in Treasury, not limited to payments, ideally within multinational or LATAM operations;

• Proven experience supporting or managing Treasury activities in Brazil, with specific exposure to Argentina and Peru, in addition to Brazil;

• Strong understanding of liquidity management, FX operations, and regional regulatory environments;

• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, both to produce and interpret complex financial analyses;

• Advanced skills in English and Spanish are mandatory;

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment;

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multicultural and cross-country teams.
