Treasury Operations & Liquidity

We are seeking a highly specialized and experienced Mid-Senior Treasury Operation Analyst to manage the secure custody and dynamic liquidity of the firm's significant digital asset holdings. This is a crucial role responsible for ensuring the safety of Assets Under Custody (AUC) through best-in-class security controls and optimizing real-time liquidity to support all trading and operational demands. The ideal candidate blends deep crypto operations expertise with strong quantitative skills and an unwavering focus on security.

Job Description

• Act as the primary operational interface for all third-party and internal custodians. Oversee the secure setup, transfer protocols (e.g., multi-sig approvals), and ongoing governance of all wallets and cold storage solutions.
• Implement rigorous daily and weekly reconciliation procedures to verify AUC balances, ensuring zero-tolerance for discrepancies and providing accurate, auditable reporting to the Finance and Risk teams.
• Develop and enforce security-focused SOPs for asset movement, withdrawal limits, and access controls to minimize operational and security risks associated with digital asset custody.
• Monitor and actively manage digital asset liquidity across all exchanges, DeFi protocols, and internal hot/warm wallets to ensure immediate funding availability for market-making, payments, and settlements.
• Build and maintain advanced liquidity models to forecast capital requirements, identify funding gaps, and conduct regular stress tests on funding scenarios to comply with internal risk limits.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to define technical requirements for automating custody controls, liquidity sweeps, and integrating treasury data into the core Treasury Management System (TMS).

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, or other relevant majors.
• Experienced in Treasury, Capital Markets, or Finance Operations. Cryptocurrency treasury management is a plus
• Fully understand Finance Operations systems, cash, and process flows.
• Proven, hands-on experience in managing digital asset wallets across different custody solutions (e.g., hardware wallets, institutional custodians, self-custody).
• Strong track record of developing and implementing robust liquidity risk frameworks and daily cash/crypto forecasting models.
• Deep understanding of security protocols related to key management and institutional digital asset custody best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to design technical specifications for API-driven treasury solutions and automation scripts.
• Strong passion for Fintech, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology.
